How to receive your Wholesale Club prices on web orders
If you bought your membership:
1) on a website order and you have set up an online account: a. Click on My Account link on the top right edge of this page. b. In the "Returning Online Customers" box, login using your email address and password. c. The website should be set to Wholesale Club pricing. If not, email tlfhelp@tandyleather.com and provide your name and Wholesale Club number.
2) on a website order and you have not set up an online account: a. An account will be automatically set up for you, usually within 24 hours. Once the account has been set up, you can access it by clicking on the My Account link in the top right corner of the website, in the "Returning Online Customers" box, login using your email address and password which is your Wholesale Club membership number. b. The website should be set to Wholesale Club pricing. If not, email tlfhelp@tandyleather.com and provide your name and Wholesale Club number.
3) through one of our stores and you provided your email address: a. An account will be automatically set up for you, usually within 24 hours. Once the account has been set up, you can access it by clicking on the My Account link in the top right corner of the website, in the "Returning Online Customers" box, login using your email address and password which is your Wholesale Club membership number. b. The website should be set to Wholesale Club pricing. If not, email tlfhelp@tandyleather.com and provide your name and Wholesale Club number.
4) through one of our stores and you did not provide your email address: a. Please create an account at tandyleatherfactory.com by clicking on the My Account link in the top right corner of the website. In the New Online Customer box, click Continue and fill out the form and click Submit. b. Email tlfhelp@tandyleather.com and provide your name and Wholesale Club number. We'll update you web account and email you when complete.
Note: You can change your password at any time after you login by going to your Personal Account page (click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the website) and clicking on the "Change Password" link.
