When you place an order for this product, you will be given a cost approximation (in your shopping cart) based on the EST QTY you selected, multiplied by the price per sq. ft. (Your Price). After your product has been picked, this cost approximation will be adjusted to reflect the actual size (as measured and marked on the piece(s) by the tannery), multiplied by the price per sq. ft. Your final charge will be for the actual size of the product, not the approximation.
